In the spring of 2008, with years of successful career experience, sisters Josie and Sandy decided to open a cupcake bakery in the desert. With Sandy’s love of baking and Josie’s entrepreneurial drive & love of the desert community, Sisters Cupcakes by Design was born!
With no competitors in sight and early rave reviews from fans, the sisters were motivated to pursue their dream. After months of perfecting recipes and carefully selecting the rich ingredients, their shingle was hung. Opening on Valentine’s Day 2009, the Sisters brought a new level of decadence and indulgence to the desert.
